Anyone familiar with Morphis' ProcessRunner?

Recently DELA (a Dutch insurance company) selected Morphis' ProcessRunner as its future CX software suite over e.g. KANA Enterprise and Pegasystems. I found out Gartner mentioned Morphis already two times in its CRM vendor guide (2013 & 2014 release). Is anyone familiar with this solution, that seems to support both omni-channel customer interactions and complete backend integration and includes a completely integrated knowledge management solution.
