Results from Our Content Management Survey

We conducted a survey of our customers to identify and describe key trends for content management systems. Our survey highlights the key challenges that are driving customers to invest in content management systems and processes today; keeping con-tent accurate and up-to-date and keeping content consistent on the Web and in print are the biggest issues facing customers. Based on the results of this survey, we believe that companies need to take a holistic approach to content management and link the content that they develop and deliver to their customers’ underlying goals and business processes.
