Impressive First Half Begins a Potentially Painful 2008

Our first half recap shows customer activity remains strong, on a par with 2H 2007. Product releases continue at the usual pace, but hiring has slowed, international expansion is on hold, and there may be some downward pressure on margins. There is also a new tide of consolidation beginning.
